Manga is Japanese for Comics. Here's a few comics that I enjoy reading in my free time.

Although comics are generally seen as a child's hobby, I truly feel that my interest in manga has helped me pick up Japanese at a much faster pace. I can read Japanese but cannot understand very much. With the motivation that comes from reading manga, I feel that I can understand a bit more each time I read.

I can get very immersed in the stories that these amazing artists have to tell. Not only do they have the creativity and imagination to conceive of these stories, but they also have the skills to draw and create the characters that bring these stories to life.
